Using the iPhone to track and investigate its owner

Would you like to know every place someone’s been in the last year?  There’s an app for that.  Apple’s iPhone may be using GPS to track all the places the user takes it. According to CNN, the iPhone stores the data, which is then automatically transferred to a computer when the phone is synched to iTunes.

Bingo! Your iPhone is an instant private investigator.  How long did the defendant spend in the bar before getting into his car?   Where has that cheating spouse been in the past year?  How long has the truck driver been on the road?  The iPhone may be able to answer these questions and a lot more.

If you, or someone you know, have been injured as the result of negligence, medical malpractice or a dangerous or defective product, contact me at (305) 358-3109 or mmazzarella@hannonboyers.com today for a free evaluation of your claim.
